Position
- They seek a successful and dynamic, experienced consultant who has the self-motivation and ability to run a team and lead by example.
- build and manage a client portfolio
- create and maintain dynamism and a positive approach inside the team
- effectively mentor junior executives
- run team budgets, targets and forecasts
- develop successful team performance
Requirement
- You can demonstrate a period as a successful recruitment consultant in almost any sector and consistently high levels of billing
- You have the ability to create, expand and maximise new business opportunities and you have ambition, tenacity and the drive to develop and grow your team
- You are commercially aware, a networker and are familiar with media and the commercial aspect of the Bristol area
