Part of a group of Health and Social Care recruitment companies, this client recruits nationally in both the public and private sector for Social Workers.

This client is a leading agency, recruiting on a permanent, temporary and contract basis and employ over 100 consultants in Leeds and London.

They assign great importance to listening to their employees and promote feedback from the individuals that are helping them to grow even further.

Role

• You will be recruiting for Qualified Social Workers within a specific geographical region.
• Liasing with both the client to establish their needs and the candidate to match their skills.
• You will be responsible for pay and charge rates and also ensuring that the candidate is 100% compliant to work.
• Keeping up to date with the market and issues that may affect both you, as a business, your client and candidates.

Requirement

• Experience in a relevant sector is essential or temporary recruitment experience within a commercial recruitment agency.
• You must be driven, methodical with excellent standards of service.
• Be able to demonstrate good business development skills and be able to continue established relationships.
• Must be confident and be able to become an expert in this field.
