Position
As a perms consultant you will be responsible for supplying permanent staff to the NHS, private and voluntary organisations throughout the region.
You will drive business growth, contacting organisations and selling the company’s services, ensuring that all candidates are fully compliant with regulatory framework requirements and will be pro-active in increasing the candidate/client base.
Requirements
• Previous experience within permanent recruitment, any fast moving sector considered as full training is provided.
• Experience of working in a target driven sales environment
• Excellent people and communication skills
• Money hungry with a desire to succeed
