The Company
A specialist supply teacher recruitment consultancy, they operate out of a National network of UK offices and also have a strong overseas presence.
They supply all levels of qualified teachers and related school support staff on both a temporary and permanent basis.
Position
This is a growth role due to an expanding office and you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a profitable desk through sales generation and service of Special Education Units covering all of the West Midlands region. Adhering to company procedures, you will be responsible for fully managing all recruitment related activity in order to maximise the value of the recruitment process to the client and meet performance and contribution targets.
Requirements
You will have previous recruitment experience, most sectors with transferable skills considered
Experience of working in a target driven sales environment
Excellent people and communication skills, comfortable both over the phone and face to face
