Senior Consultant / Divisional Leader – HR – Contract & Perm - Richmond

• In line with their current success they are looking to open a new division to concentrate on HR opportunities, both within existing clients and new business
Position
You will be responsible for establishing a new division with HR recruitment, cross selling into the organisations already enviable client base, and actively seeking new revenue streams.
Once you are up and running you will have the opportunity to recruit additional consultants, leading and developing the division
You will be able to recruit for both contract and permanent role in order to maximise your personal earnings.
Requirements
- You will already be a successful consultant within HR recruitment, but will be eager for that next step in your career into Divisional Management.
