This dynamic social care agency with a National presence is actively looking for an experienced consultant to grow their busy Nottingham office
This is a sales and service role and you will be responsible for running, maintaining and growing a busy desk supplying social care workers throughout the region.
You will be responsible for proactively seeking employment opportunities for appropriately trained healthcare staff. You will ensure that all the relevant checks and risk assessments are made and will be hands on in the whole recruitment process.
Requirements
• Previous recruitment experience, ideally within Social Care or a related healthcare discipline.
• Experience of working in a target driven sales environment
• Excellent people and communication skills, sales focussed and money hungry
