Client
- The specialist HR division of a major Plc, dedicated to supplying HR professionals to public and private sectors in both permanent and temporary positions.
- They have nationwide coverage and an outstanding reputation as one of the market leaders in this sector.
Role
- They are looking for a Senior Consultant based in their City office to deal with the demand from both clients and candidates.
- You will build and manage the existing client portfolio, creating and maintaining dynamism and continuing the positive approach inside the team, as well as creating and building new relationships.
- You will also play a part in leading and developing junior consultants
Candidate
- Solid experience as a successful consultant within the HR Recruitment sector, and proven levels of billing
- The ability to create, expand and maximise new business opportunities, as well as the relationship skills to make the most of existing warm client contacts.
