Senior Recruitment Consultant – Interactive Media - London

Company
- Having successfully established themselves as a market leader in Design & Branding they are keen to extend into new creative markets to build their offer and grow the company.
- They are particularly interested in the Interactive Media sector.
Position
- Create (in conjunction with the MD) a business plan for the new sector and establish a new desk, generate clients and candidates.
- Deliver consistent revenue to the business once up and running.
- Once established, recruit a team beneath you and thereby contribute to the development and growth of the business overall
Requirement
- Proven track record delivering recruitment to high standards and able to demonstrate consistent billings
- Relevant media recruitment experience desired but not an absolute pre-requisite. If coming without sector experience must be able to demonstrate proven track record of building a desk and client base.
- Gravitas and personal presence, able to instil confidence across all levels of seniority and excellent relationship and communication skills
- A natural leader, pro-active, energetic and a team player
