Company
- Having successfully established themselves as a real player in the Design & Branding sector it is now planned that the MD of the business is to take a step back from day to day recruitment. There is a host of roles within the best branding and design consultancies in the industry waiting to be taken over.
- The business is keen to expand and this extra resource is a pivotal part in achieving the company goals.
Position
- This is a very warm desk offering a fast track into one of the strongest client portfolios in the business – working at CEO, Director and Manager level.
- You will maintain and develop existing relationships with leading brand and design consultancies.
- You will of course generate new clients and source appropriate candidates and create effective candidate marketing campaigns using the database already in place.
- In essence you will contribute to the development and growth of the business overall.
Requirement
- Proven track record delivering recruitment to high standards and able to demonstrate consistent billings.
- Design/marketing recruitment experience desired but not a pre-requisite. If coming from a different sector must be able to demonstrate brand/branding awareness and acumen.
- Proven track record of building a desk/client base to show proactive and ambitious mind set.
- Gravitas and personal presence, able to instil confidence across all levels of seniority and excellent relationship and communication skills
- An energetic natural leader as well as a team player.
