Position
- Working within a busy sales environment, you will be responsible for managing your own temps desk with emphasis on developing strong business relationships, both with existing and prospective clients.
- You will be involved in all aspects of the recruitment process in terms of generating and interviewing applicants, visiting clients, and providing exemplary customer service.
- You will be working with a combination of inherited, warm business contracts as well as being responsible for new business development.
Requirement
- They are looking for an individual with experience ideally within the Social Care or Public Sector recruitment market.
- A strong background in running a busy, fast moving temporary desk, coupled with excellent communication and time management skills are ideal requirements for the role.
- You will be enthusiastic and focussed, determined to succeed, and have superb account management skills
