Position
• They are currently looking to recruit a Consultant to support the growth plans for their successful Finance & Accounting team in Reading in the Interim sector.
• You will play a vital part in developing and maximising business with their strong base of existing clients as well as exploring and developing new clients.
Requirement
• Successful and continuous recruitment experience from almost any background, although Finance or Accounting would obviously be advantageous and strong interim, contract or temps experience is essential.
• Sales focussed with exceptionally high levels of communication and interpersonal skills.
• Articulate, with the ability to build rapport and relationships within senior clients, candidates and colleagues.
