• Established a number of years ago this is a specialist finance and change management recruitment group – working with the leading ‘Blue Chip’ companies in London and the Home Counties.
• Their Public Practice division serve the entire range of Practice firms from the Big 4 through to Sole Practitioners.
• They deliver permanent and temporary staff at all levels from graduate through to Partner – recruiting on both a contingency and retained basis.
• Due to continued success and expansion there is now a need to place talented recruiters into their London City office.
Position
• You will be dealing with the delivery and handling of assignments for finance personnel at all levels by meeting both clients and candidates face to face, building relationships and working closely with all parties.
• Areas covered include Internal and External Audit, Risk management, Corporate Recovery/Insolvency, Corporate Finance, M&A, Due Diligence and Tax
Requirement
• To be successful you will be able to build and retain strong on-going relationships.
• You have recruitment experience, ideally in the public practice sector.
• You are a strong relationship builder, developing professional partnerships on a consultative basis but are also focused and goal orientated.
