Company
• Established a number of years ago as pure Finance and IT recruitment specialists, they have consultants dealing in multiple sectors of these markets.
• They supply senior qualified finance professionals into clients in a number of sectors.
• Due to continued success and expansion there is now a need to place talented recruiters into their London office.
Position
• You will be dealing with the delivery and handling of assignments for temporary personnel at senior level by meeting both clients and candidates face to face, building relationships and working closely with all parties.
Requirement
• To be successful you will be able to build and retain strong on-going relationships.
• You have recruitment experience, ideally in the temporary finance or accounting sector.
• You may have prepared and attended PSL presentations.
• You are a strong relationship builder, developing professional partnerships on a consultative basis but are also focused and goal orientated.
