Position
- They have an opportunity for an ambitious recruitment professional to help them continue their growth out of their Reading office, working with both existing clients as well as working to develop new business.
- The role is responsible for running recruitment campaigns for temporary and contract positions for clients and is highly customer facing, sales oriented and target driven.
Requirement
- Sales-driven with account management and business development skills.
- A demonstrable record of delivery in a fee earning recruitment environment (preferably HR or professional services) and high levels of professional credibility.
- A sound knowledge of the functional consulting skills such as customer liaison, selling techniques, effective customer briefing, business development, interviewing and facilitation of meetings.
