Recruitment Consultant – Scientific – Oxford

Client
- A leading provider of staff to the healthcare and science industries with established businesses throughout the UK, UAE and Australia.
- Their Scientific Division places all levels of skilled scientific professionals and offers a range of recruitment services to the Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Forensic, Chemical, Food and Drink, Water and Environmental industries.
Role
- They are currently wishing to recruit an additional Recruitment Consultant to join their office in Oxford, placing Scientists, Analysts, Microbiologists, Chemists and Technicians into the above industries.
Candidate
- The ideal candidate will have a Life Science degree or equivalent, with recruitment experience preferably gained from a scientific, clinical trials or laboratory/medical sales environment and must be able to demonstrate the ability, drive and ambition to succeed within a competitive industry.
- Alternatively you may have succeeded in another technical sector of recruitment and be interested in moving into the Scientific recruitment arena
- You are outgoing, proactive and ambitious, but also determined to ensure that your candidates and clients receive the highest levels of customer care possible in the industry.
