- Basic to £16-18k
- Uncapped Bonus (1st year minimum OTE, 2nd yr £40k)

The Company
An independently owned specialist supply teacher recruitment consultancy, they are growing fast and are looking to add an extra consultant to their friendly, dynamic team.
They supply all levels of qualified teachers and related school support staff on both a temporary and permanent basis.
Position
This is a sales and service role and you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a profitable desk supplying Primary teachers to establishments throughout Staffordshire and the surrounding area.
Requirements
- Previous recruitment experience, ideally within Education, would be a definite advantage.
- Experience of working in a target driven environment
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Money hungry with a desire to succeed
