- An ambitious and progressive Consultancy specialising in recruitment into the Food Manufacturing and Fresh Produce sector.
- They specialise in the following functional areas, amongst others – Operations / Production , Technical, Quality Assurance, New Product Development, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Planning and Senior Appointments
Position
- You will be networking and building relationships at all levels in a professional manner in order to maximise relationships and become prime supplier – probably in the Sales & Marketing and Senior Appointments areas.
- You will deliver your candidates utilising all the usual methodologies, operating in a client-focussed manner.
Requirement
- You will be able to demonstrate a successful track record in recruitment, and exposure to the Food, Retail and/or FMCG sector would obviously be advantageous.
- You will be outgoing and target-focussed and will thrive on taking responsibility and be a self-starter
- A sense of humour and a desire to work in a lively team environment with a genuine work hard play hard ethic.
- Teamwork and communication skills are an essential part of the role.
