- They have a large number of roles within the foremost branding and design consultancies waiting to be filled and offer a “very hot desk” giving a fast track into one of the strongest client portfolios in the business – working at CEO, Director and Manager level
Position
- Maintain and develop existing relationships with leading brand and design consultancies and deliver consistent revenue to the business.
- Source candidates and generate new clients
- Provide bespoke coaching to candidates and consulting to clients and create effective candidate marketing campaigns using the database already in place
- Contribute to the development and growth of the business overall
Requirement
- Proven track record delivering recruitment to high standards and able to demonstrate consistent billings
- Design/marketing recruitment experience would be desired but is not a pre-requisite. Candidates from a different sector must be able to demonstrate brand/branding awareness.
- Gravitas and personal presence, able to instil confidence across all levels of seniority and excellent relationship and communication skills
