Position
- They are currently seeking to appoint a Principal Consultant to run their growing construction team based in London.
- As a Principal Consultant you will play a proactive consultant role as well as being responsible for team leadership.
- The role will require coaching of team members to ensure attainment of the skills required to meet targets and grow business units within vertical sectors.
Requirement
- An energetic leader with strong management skills and an in depth knowledge of the construction market.
- Ideally you will have proven experience working retained recruitment assignments.
- An achiever & deliverer with a demonstrable billing record
- A strong team player, able to gain respect from your colleagues, with outstanding communication & presentation skills
