- Basic salary c £55,000 dependent on experience
- Uncapped Bonus – six figures realistic for excellent performer

- Placing Interim Managers into major change and transition programmes with blue chip companies as well as many small, rapidly growing companies, and working with Banks and VC’s to assist their clients through turnarounds.
Position
- A further highly motivated recruitment consultant to join their team, recruiting interim managers with a proven record into positions such as Company Doctors, Project and Programme Directors, Finance Directors, HR Directors, IT Directors, Logistic Directors, Operational Managers and Directors.
Requirement
- An exceptional and successful Recruitment Consultant who is highly motivated and driven to succeed – experience in interim management placement would be advantageous although not essential.
- You can demonstrate your success and are accustomed to achieving results – you are ambitious, motivated, with excellent communication skills and leadership potential.
- You are outgoing and focussed and have a keen eye for winning business.
