Position
- They have an opportunity for an ambitious recruitment professional to help them continue their growth in London, working with both existing clients as well as working to develop new business.
- The role is responsible for running recruitment campaigns for temporary / interim assignments for clients within a particular sector. The role is highly customer facing, sales oriented and target driven.
Requirement
- Sales-driven with account management and business development skills.
- A demonstrable record of delivery in a fee earning recruitment environment and high levels of professional credibility.
- Strong working knowledge of the principles and concepts within a recruitment function, especially temporary recruitment and a sound knowledge of the functional consulting skills such as customer liaison, selling techniques, effective customer briefing, business development, interviewing and facilitation of meetings.
