For many years their Supply Chain & Procurement division has been recruiting at the forefront of this sector and can boast the largest specialist practice in Europe.
Currently operating from several strategic locations across the UK their team of consultants are recruitment professionals with direct professional Supply Chain communities, such as the Institute of Logistics and Transport and the Institute of Purchasing and Supply.
Their client portfolio spans SMEs to FTSE 250 companies and is impressive and growing. They work mainly on either a retained or exclusive basis.
Position
- They are looking for a managing consultant to manage their Supply Chain & Procurement team in Birmingham, working with them to achieve their team objectives.
- Working with energy, flair and determination you will also manage your own campaigns, delivering relevant candidates to your clients.
- You will be networking and building relationships at all levels in a discreet and confidential manner.
Requirement
- You could already be a successful Manager, or an experienced Recruitment Consultant who is ready to take the next step.
- Ideally you have had some exposure to the Supply Chain & Procurement arena, although this is not essential.
- You have a track record of client engagement, retention and fee generation and also the ability to effectively manage, support and develop your team.
