The Company

  • A leading HR recruitment consultancy, part of an international operation, offering a high quality service to candidates and clients across the public and private sectors.
  • They recruit on a permanent, contract and temporary basis across a range of specialisms including: Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, and Change Management.
  • They operate in a wide range of private sectors which include FMCG, Retail, Financial Services, Professional Services, Media and IT, as well as all aspects of the Public Sector

The Position

  • Working as a Managing Consultant in their Reading office the successful candidate will be managing a team of consultants and working closely with established and developing clients in the Thames Valley.
  • You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, covering new business, candidate attraction and administration.

The Requirement

  • You will have recruitment experience – ideally in the financial recruitment arena, but this is not essential.
  • You will be efficient, personable and used to creating successful client relationships.
  • You will be a proven, self-motivated salesperson with a hunger to be successful.
