Position
Due to continued business development, Our Client requires a recruitment consultant to develop and solidify the Nottingham market. Initial based in Derby, and servicing the clients from there, you will be tasked with developing the Nottingham area and eventually opening an office and recruiting a team, this will lead to promotion to Branch manager and possible equity in the business. The role will involve all aspects of being a consultant to include Sales, Service, candidate management, recruitment and Admin. You will become part of an energetic and dynamic team, determined to further develop and grow the business
Requirements
You will have Healthcare/sales/relevant sector experience and be able to demonstrate a proven track record in sales and candidate management. You will have the ongoing passion and desire to succeed within the recruitment industry, and the ambition to further your career. Numerate and literate, with an understanding of Microsoft packages are an essential.
