- They offer a comprehensive legal recruitment service to private practice firms as well as in house solutions to commercial organisations.
- They are looking to recruit an additional consultant to work in their team in Birmingham.
Position
- You will be actively involved in generating and furthering client relationships, building/creating new business opportunities, interviewing candidates, visiting clients and providing an exemplary service to both clients and candidates alike.
- Maintaining existing client relationships as well as developing new contacts and business.
- Conducting recruitment campaigns from start to finish, building and cementing relationships at all levels.
Requirement
- Either legal recruitment experience with a strong billing record, or experience working directly in the legal sector as a Solicitor and interested in moving into recruitment.
- The role will demand excellent communication skills, drive, focus and an outstanding work ethic.
