This prominent Social Care recruitment operation is seeking an experienced Manager to lead the training team in the provision of healthcare training to the company’s workers throughout the UK
You will be responsible for writing training plans as well as completing updates on legislations in regards to the Social Care industry and governing standards. You will manage the current regional trainers and will liaise closely with the branch managers to coordinate the roll out of inductions across the country and help sell the training service to clients.
Along with previous experience in healthcare training you will have strong business development and presentation skills, and will be a proven man-manager, with outstanding leadership and rapport building capabilities
