Responsibilities
- To maximise Contractors, Gross and Net Profit targets in this new division specialising in White Collar contract engineers.
- Maintain and monitor the applicant flow to ensure Consultants have suitable levels to meet demand through effective use of the Advertising Budget and innovative ideas.
- Holding Weekly Branch Meetings to ensure staff are fully informed and focused on the direction of their branch.
Requirement
- Have a track record within Technical/Engineering recruitment
- Working history of recruiting talented Engineering Contractors – White Collar
- A career minded individual who has Man Management experience
- Dedicated to lead by example with a ‘Hands On’ approach
