Responsibilities
- New perms division – warm business to take over
- Responsible for the day-day sales/management of the Oil & Gas perm division with full autonomy to grow the team in London
- Devise strategic direction for the Perm business to ensure continuing growth and profitability of the company
- To maximise perm revenue by 360 contingency.
Requirement
- Ideally you will have a track record within Oil & Gas or related Technical sector
- A career minded individual who has strong leadership qualities with a hands on attitude, able to lead from the front
- Excellent knowledge of the recruitment industry and all major sectors of the technical marketplace
- Demonstrable track record of accurately forecasting and successfully managing budgets
- Previous experience and success in a new business styled sales environment
