Managing Consultant / Divisional Manager – Hospitality & Catering - Manchester
- Up to £35,000 basic salary
- Superb uncapped bonus – OTE £60K

Position
- Responsible for the day-day sales/operation of your division
- Daily, weekly and monthly activity meetings – focusing on achievements and budgets
- To be a hands on manager and lead from the front
- Complete control of divisional P&L
- Recruit and develop your team
Requirements
- Able to present to all levels – at all times
- A proven track record of managing a recruitment team
- When necessary – able to show capability to discipline staff
- You must show loyalty, honesty and desire to succeed
