Basic £18-26k DAE

Position
Due to existing business this is a warm desk where you will be tasked with both bringing on new business and offering an excellent service to existing clients.
You will be responsible for growing the sales revenue against set targets, managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing vacancies, resourcing of candidates, publication of relevant advertising, arranging client interviews and negotiating offers and closing the deal.
Requirements
- Previous recruitment experience, ideally within commercial but other sectors considered as full training is provided
- Well presented, great telephone manner and communication skills
- Comfortable in client facing environment with a passion for sales and success
