An experienced contract recruiter is required for an operational management role overseeing an existing team of IT contract recruiters.
This well established independent recruitment operation has a recognised brand name within a number of professional niche sectors and offer a lively, fun environment with top notch training and earning potential
As the contracts team manager you will tasked with managing, motivating and growing the existing team of 7 consultants. This is a very process driven role and you will be responsible for setting all KPI’s and Targets, staff reviews, all weekly and monthly meetings, and management reports.
