Responsibilities
- Interim – 8 – 12 months (potential for role to be made permanent)
- Full P&L and budget control with autonomy to recruit
- To control all activities of the Edinburgh location, ensuring that profit and sales targets are met, staffing levels are maintained and quality of service delivered is of the highest possible standard.
- Ensure all staff has a supply of new leads especially derived from business papers and local publications. Ensure all written communication, i.e. sales letters and presenters, are to a high professional standard.
- Monitor all consultants sales abilities and assess quality of CRO’s.
Requirement
Have a track record within Technical or Engineering recruitment
Successful working history of recruiting talented individuals
A career minded individual who has Man Management experience
Dedicated to lead by example with a ‘Hands On’ approach
