£35,000 – £40,000 Basic Salary

Position
- Work as part of a dynamic team and have the responsibility for all day-to-day aspects operational management .
- As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team to success with a pro-active approach to business development
- Through the achievement of operational excellence, your key objectives will be to increase local market share, maintain profitability and drive sales activity within your branches
- Additionally your success will be recognised and rewarded further in line with the achievement of pre-determined goals and objectives
Requirement
- A demonstrable record of managing and coaching teams to achieve targets
- Be self-motivated and prepared to give whatever it takes to achieve the best results.
- Experience of managing and controlling budgets – P&L
- Your strong and consistent pro-active new business development achievements and proven client-facing communication skills are guaranteed to ensure your success.
