£30,000 Basic salary
Very competitive commission scheme – OTE £50k+
Pension and Healthcare
23 days holiday pa, rising to 26 with length of service

Position

  • An experienced and proven Branch Manager is now required to assist in the growth and expansion of their Trades & Labour division.
  • The role will involve all aspects of being a branch manager including Sales, Service, Recruitment and Admin etc.
  • You will become part of an energetic and dynamic company, determined to further develop and grow their UK office network.

Requirements

  • You will ideally have at least 18 months Branch Management experience, preferably within Trades/Construition recruitment.
  • You will have the ongoing passion and desire to succeed within the recruitment industry, and the ambition to further your career.
  • Sales minded and self-starting, with natural leadership qualities you will possess the relevant personal management skills to drive your branch forward.
