Position
• Responsible for the day-day sales/operation of the Branch
• To be a hands on business manager leading from the front
• Complete control of P&L

• Able to present at all levels
• A proven track record of managing a recruitment team
• Lead from the front and by example
• Inspire your team as well as manage performance
• Real business acumen
