The Company

A healthcare and nursing recruitment specialist, they have an extensive network of offices throughout the country supplying recruitment solutions to clients who include NHS Trusts, Nursing and Residential Homes, and Private Homecare Clients.

Position

As Branch Manager you will be responsible for a team of consultants supplying temporary staff to the NHS, private and voluntary organisations throughout the region.
You will drive business growth, contacting organisations and selling the company’s services, ensuring that all candidates are fully compliant with regulatory framework requirements and will be pro-active in increasing the candidate base. You will be directly responsible for budget and income targets for the desks and also the performance management of your direct reports

Requirements

• Previous recruitment management experience, ideally health / homecare, but all sectors with transferable skills considered
• A strong sales person, confident and client facing
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Excellent people and communication skills
• Money hungry with a desire to succeed
