Branch Development Manager – Industrial/Commercial – Kent
£30,000 – £35,000 Basic Salary
Excellent bonus scheme – OTE £50k+

Responsibilities
- To maximise Gross and Net Profit Targets in your branch through the successful servicing of existing clients, acquiring new business and managing your team effectively
- Maintain and monitor the applicant flow to ensure Consultants have suitable levels to meet demand through effective use of the Advertising Budget and innovative ideas.
- Holding Weekly Branch Meetings to ensure staff are fully informed and focused on the direction of their branch.
Requirement
- Have a track record within High Street recruitment
- Working history of recruiting talented individuals
- A career minded individual who has Man Management experience
- Dedicated to lead by example with a ‘Hands On’ approach
