Successful and very financially stable they are now looking at new office openings to facilitate their growth.

Position
In line with their growth our client are actively looking to open a new profit centre.
With all the backing of the very senior management team you will be responsible for hiring and leading a team of consultants to supply all types of secondary and primary teaching personnel into lea’s throughout the area.
Requirements
- You will either be an experienced Education branch manager who is looking for a new challenge (and a business model where a generous profit share and basic salary will offer you an earning potential unmatched in Education recruitment), alternatively an ambitious senior consultant eager to prove yourself at a higher level.
- A strong sales person, confident and client facing
- Experience of working in a target driven environment
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Money hungry with a desire to succeed
