Responsibilities

•Your primary focus as Business Development Manager is to maximise exposure, profile and presence selling recruitment solutions to secure PLS status, initially focusing on PERM mandates
•As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for your own leads, including booking client visits, maintaining regular service calls and ongoing account development
•You will be targeting and penetrating account sizes that differ substantially in financial value, ranging from small independently owned businesses to major volume accounts with large agency annual spending

Requirements

•Able to present to all levels, at all times with full understanding of Bids & Tender Process
•A proven track record of securing PSL business
•Articulate, professional and excellent communicator
•You must show loyalty, honesty and desire to succeed
