Recruitment Business Development Manager – Manchester

Basic salary to £40k depending on experience
+ Car Allowance
+ Commission – 10% of all GP generated on new business
+ Equity potential

This is a fantastic new position with a well-established multi-sector agency who have a strong reputation throughout the North West.

Based from the Manchester offices you will be responsible for the new business generation for the company’s Industrial Division, with the potential for cross sell across the Technical and FMCG divisions, working alongside the experienced Senior Management team and excellent resource delivery capacity.

Your main duties will involve selling the client’s services over the telephone and through face to face visits to clients throughout the region, negotiation of preferential rates, overseeing continued customer satisfaction and achievement of weekly/monthly revenue targets.

On top of an extremely generous base salary of up to £40k plus car allowance you will receive 10% percentage of all GP generated on any won new business for the lifetime of the accounts.

This role will suit a self-starting, dynamic, money hungry sales professional. You will either currently be a Business Development Manager, Branch Manager, or an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant looking to step away from delivery and concentrate on being client facing.
