Position
As Business Development Manager of this extremely well established IT Recruitment specialist you will be responsible for bringing on new accounts as well as growing existing business.
You will be the public face of the business, and will be tasked with preparing tenders, preparing and delivering client presentations, and delivering company reports on account performance.
Requirements for the Role
- Evidence of a successful track record in a recruitment sales environment.
- Self motivated
- Able to work under pressure
- Client facing with excellent negotiation skills
