The Company
A leading niche consultancy specialising in the Retail and Leisure Sectors.

Position
You will be a key member of the UK management team and will be responsible for building and developing the relationships with a portfolio of key clients in London and the Southern Home Counties.
You will also be responsible for growing and developing an existing team of recruitment consultants and delivering against and managing the P&L.
Requirements
- Previous recruitment experience, ideally within a Retail discipline, but most sectors with transferable skills considered for the right individual
- Prior experience of growing/building a successful sales team
- A strong Account developer, ambitious, and money motivated
